as Woody can confirm... After the first engine swap the smoke was pretty bad... But instead of stating the turbos were the source, Woody swapped in another engine just to be sure. But the smoking condition persisted and he found some oil pooling in the passenger turbo. When we initially put test pipes on, it smoked horribly. With the cats on it's bearable as long as you don't go full throttle. I wouldn't say it is "running fine" when it is blowing smoke. The turbo clearly has a problem. However, for occasional driving I can live with it. There is no doubt in my mind that if the situation were reversed you'd be pissed. Your offer of a refund sounds generous... except that it's not the cost of the turbos that's at stake - it's the time and labor to SWAP the turbos that's really at the heart of the matter. As I told you then when you made the offer - you are welcome to come to Denver and pull the engine, take your turbos, and go home.
